  It is the only hotel in Neftchala. Two-storeyed building. Conditions are bad. The beds in the rooms are broken. The bathroom is dirty and messy. The price is high. 40 manat per night. Water is supplied directly from the Kura River to the district without any direct treatment. In no case does not meet hotel standards
