  Staff is always friendly. Kitchen has days with ups and downs depending on their work load. In the winter season the choices were also very limited, it was much better In spring. Rooms are clean but the noise from the surroundings is always present. The bathrooms look nice but the shower and the armatures are cheap. At least no smells. Travelers with experience around the world would place this hotel not in the top league of all 4 star hotels they have visited . However it is probably one of the better choices for business travelers. The bar in the 12th floor has an excellent view.

  Great hotel in Sumgayit within 20 minutes distance to Baku. Very well equipped place that comes up with a rooftop bar/restaurant and an additional restaurant on the 2nd floor. Furthermore it has a convention center, a great spa including pool, sauna, hamam (steam), gym and professional massage upon request. Rooms are perfectly equipped with sea view. The staff is always friendly and fluent in English. I have to point out that I was perfectly welcomed as a late arrival at around 3am receiving an upgrade to a junior suite at 11th floor including a fresh fruit pkatter for free. That was a really great experience! The internet speed was the fastest I ever experienced in a hotel - +10Mbit is nothing someone can expect. All in all a great deal and definitely worth travelling a short distance to Baku.
