  After seeing the Lonely Planet's travel guide gave this restaurant a notable star, I decided to go to Mayak 13 for dinner. Make no mistake, the decorations, design, and aesthetic of the restaurant's appearance was charming. The enjoyment stops there. The host did not welcome us, as he seemed preoccupied with his mobile. He summoned another man who handed the two of us one menu and told us we can eat upstairs or downstairs. We walked upstairs alone. For a Thursday night at 7, we found it strange to see only one other table of guests. We read the menu, which seemed limited and generic, no one came by to ask for our drink orders, and so we left without any departing remarks from the staff.

  Unique and cozy! Great atmosphere, a small cafe set in an art gallery. They serve great local wine and speak English, a must-see
