  Lilac breaks the relations instead of as a flower shop bringing people together... My friend’s boyfriend was trying to make up with her after they fall apart . He lives overseas, so made flower delivery order....which were never delivered to her by Lilac... neither they went back to him explaining the reason. He assumed that she got them and didn’t forgive him... She was devastated thet never heard from him. When Lilac was later challenged, they even didn’t bother to say ‘sorry, let us send her complimentary bouquet at least now...’. If they don’t cae about their reputation, I will never buy flowers in Lilac again and will ask my friends the same. Lilac ломает отношения, вместо того чтобы как цветочный магазин помогать им... Друг моей близкой подруги (он живет за границей) после ссоры, которая произошла между ними заказал ей цветы в знак извинения. Lilac эти цветы, в тот самый нужный момент в ее жизни, ей не доставил... Также они не вернулись к нему и не объяснили причины... Он решил, что она его не простила, а она была сильна расстроена, что он не попытался извиниться... Более того, когда Lilac получил жалобу, оно даже не удосужились хотя бы сейчас послать цвета как ‘комплимент’ Если их не волнует их репутация, я у них больше цветы покупать не буду, и друзьям не посоветую.
