  Stayed at serviced apartments. The room was a bit dated but fine. Breakfasts are good, wide choice. Attentive staff. Location is good for walking to different places in Baku, makes you move a bit more.

  This hotel says it's five star but not at all. Wifi is very very poor, reception provides 10 years ago 3g dongle, normal broadband loose its strength. Shower room floor has scaling and cracked floor tiles. Kettles doesn't have enough length on cable to attach to wall socket. Has congested breakfast area but lounge people hardly sits. I wud say room service and cleaning is acceptable but they can only ach

  I've stayed for more than a month in the Hyatt regency baku hotel. it is a bit expensive in relation of the hotels in the area but the guest service is outstanding and personnel. they have lots of room to improve regarding the food service, especially the in room dining. overall i recommend.

  I really liked this hotel. The staff are exemplary.... attentive, caring and genuine. Food excellent, pizza outstanding as they have there own stone oven. Clean and neat, generous rooms free WiFi.
